Starter Beef Box (4-6 lbs)
Steaks (1-2 lbs): Includes Ribeye, NY Strip, Filets, Chuck Eye, Denver, Sirloin, Tri Tip, Picanha, Tenderloin Tips, Petite Tender, Flank, Skirt, Flap, or Flat Iron Steaks.
Stew Meat and/or Roast (1-3 lbs)
Ground Beef and/or Beef Sausage (2-3 lbs)

Family Beef Box (11-13 lbs)
